Product Development Manager-Gaming&Betting

Our client, a start-up gaming provider based in the UK, is seeking several Product Managers. The company is a small but growing team in a multi-cultural environment, working with the company would allow you to make a real difference working on cutting edge gaming products at the forefront of the Asian Gaming markets. The company offers competitive salary, with excellent benefits such as a relocation allowance as well as a private healthcare scheme after 1 year of service. The company offers work visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Responsible for the product cycle and planning, feature and interaction design; Write detailed product design and prototype design document; Responsible for collating and refining new requirements from the operation team to development team; Co-ordinate different teams to complete product development in timely manner, tasks included ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and set standards for testing approval; Market research by analyse and compare competing products in the market at the product level, and formulate plans for product adjustment to ensure the product suits the current market Explore users' potential requirement, and formulate the owned products' development blueprint and implementation plan, while referencing the company's strategy; Propose ideas to improve the product. Cooperate with other teams to formulate product operation plans and carry out statistical analysis on product-related data indicators; Desired Skills: Familiar with the product development cycle, with at least 3 years online product development experience; Industry experience, with good understanding of the operation procedure and product feature of a common online product; Ability to design a product, proficient in Axure or other design tools; Awareness of the industry updates and trends with ability to plan for the product cycle; Good analytic skills and ability to interpret data into practice; Enthusiastic about their job, great communication skills, ability to work under pressure; Experience with complete product development and operation is preferred; Proficient in both Chinese and English are highly preferred.
