Our client is a rapidly expanding and highly innovative e-commerce start up. They are currently recruiting an Operations Performance Manager to drive the quality of service proposed by its sellers in the UK. The role suits data-driven candidates who will enjoy assessing performance indicators and data related to sellers’ delivery times, quality of after sales service, product quality etc. Candidates must have a native level of English. Reporting directly to the Operations Quality Lead, you will be responsible for the quality of the customer experience in the UK marketplace. You will therefore be in contact with their strategic merchants daily and support and guide them in regards to improving their performance. Responsibilities : Analyse the performance of partner sellers: monitor key indicators, identify priority actions and implement innovative reporting; Roll out and constantly update the process enabling the service quality of sellers to be improved; Contact the sellers and find solutions to help them offer irreproachable customer service; Create links with the different teams (Sales, Customer Service, Product, etc.) in the process. Profile Required: Business or Engineering degree Experience in data analysis Native English speaker with fluent French You will have the following qualities: · Strong analytical mind · Rigorous approach to work · Excellent people skills · Sense of initiative · Passionate about the Web and e-commerce · Good knowledge of Excel .
