* Operations Manager - French speaker *
Euro London is working with a multinational company who are seeking an experienced Team Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team instituting processes & systems that provide effective internal management.
As part of the Global Services Operations, the Manager, will have direct responsibility for managing, developing, and providing day to day leadership and oversight to the Operations team.
*Bilingual proficiency in English and another European language (French is preferable).
*Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT related field required.
*3 years of experience leading a team to consistently achieve business goals/ objectives.
*Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple processes and tasks within agreed timelines.
*Experience with Salesforce Sales/ Service Cloud preferred.
*Good Stakeholder Management & Influencing skills with an understanding of Business Process Management techniques.
*Technology-savvy with advanced user of applications like Excel, Word, MS Visio, Power Point and Outlook.
*Good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
(Excel skills will be tested as part of the hiring process).
Flexibility to work in the office is required a few days per week.
