Customer Support Specialist (Software)

My client is an award-winning FinTech and RegTech start-up company that offers unique SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions to banks and financial institutions for smart document management. It is a unique platform that allows firms to run documents faster and more efficiently, while solving multiple organisational workflow problems helping them save millions.

Main responsibilities:

●Provide support to clients in accordance with the company SLA (Jira Service Desk, email, phone) and deliver first-class customer experience
●Become a software product expert, maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding of how customers use the product
●Facilitate incident management process by determining the cause of the problem, initiating and coordinating internal work on the resolution
●Record, track and effectively resolve incidents and queries
●Update and maintain user documentation (user guide, training materials)
●Design and host training sessions for clients

The ideal candidate profile:

●At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably SaaS
●Strong verbal and written skills as well as great attention to detail
●Proactive, can-do attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
●Fluent English is a must
