Currently we are recruiting for a talented Customer Success Consultant/Advocate for a leading SaaS international video technologies innovator who is passionate about delivering the best online video experience to thousands of academic and corporate organisations globally.
This is an ideal opportunity for a client-facing professional with a strong interest in SaaS video technologies to join a hybrid home office/office based role within a growing international team in London.
As a Customer Success Advocate you'll be responsible for the overall health of our client's customers , being pro-active in your outreach to each customer based on potential issues they may face/be facing with product adoption in their business and technology environment.
You'll be trained on the product, learn from others, grow your skills and accelerate you career , all within a friendly, encouraging and highly-motivated team.
-Owning the successful on boarding process for new customers including new customer product training.
-Responsible for understanding of the new goals /use cases of each client , ensuring that any milestones/deliverables are met.
-React to all account 'at-risk alerts' and escalating if required.
-Tracking all work using Salesforce.
-Pro-actively reaching out to all assigned accounts based on the service level agreement.
-Identifying the most important feature requests , integrations, configurations or other obstacles that are limiting the customer's success on the product, co-ordinating closely with internal Technical Account Managers and support teams.
-Identifying new reference accounts for both prospects and Marketing opportunities.
-Working closely with the Sales team to help maintain high customer renewal rates a well as increase product adoption and upsell.
-Travelling throughout the assigned territory ( France and the UK but occasionally further afield) Usually 1-2 times a month , but subject to increase.
Key skills and competencies required
-Account Management skill: You manage sales accounts ensuring that customers needs are understood and met. You build strong relationships with key decision makers and client stakeholders, showing empathy and respect for clients at all levels.
-Advocate for the project : You promote the project and the adoption of new technology that our client provides.
-You display Analytical thinking skills : You break down problems into manageable sub-components and then assess the priorities, benefits , risks and costs
-You communicate effectively and appropriately using good judgement as to what to communicate to whom.
-You speak in an assured , credible and informed manner, adapting to the situation and circumstances. You listen carefully to others allowing them to make their points heard.
-Experience in delivering virtual training sessions.
-Experience working for a B2B software company.
-You build trust with other members of the team and with client key stakeholders. Open, honest and committed at all times. You earn respect through you knowledge, commitment to quality and insight into the product.
-You have a university degree (ideally but not essential) combined with at least one previous experience in a similar position.
-Fluency in French and English is essential.
