Mandarin Speaking - HRBP

*Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to fill open positions at all levels, including operators and deliver the result
*Proactively lead improvements to recruitment processes and practices within Talent Acquisition function
*Manage Talent acquisition team and know how to manage the KPI
*Manage and improve methodologies in selection and assessment
*Develop innovative and wide-ranging candidate sourcing techniques
*Operate as a key member of the wider Human Resources team
*Deal with other HR projects assigned by HRBP and head of global talent acquisition
*Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
*Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing Minth
*Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
