German speaking HR Coordinator

Euro London Appointments are currently working with a wonderful online retail brand who are looking for a German speaker to join their HR team as a HR Coordinator.

This role is to start in mid September and is initially a 10-12 month maternity cover but with a possibility of further extension

Location: The office is based in central London but they are also happy to consider someone fully or partly remote as long as you are happy to travel into the office for a hand over and if required for urgent meetings.

In this role you will be responsible for the UK and German markets which is approx 300 people in total. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to support colleagues on an international scale.

Typical duties:

*Be the first point of contact for any HR queries for employees and escalate accordingly
*Deliver ongoing support to internal clients in line with SLAs
*Manage all employee lifecycle administrative tasks which includes assisting in recruitment administration and compliance, supporting new hires, transfers, promotions, employee relations, leavers etc
*Ensure data accuracy in HRIS system - Workday
*Ensure HR processes are implemented locally in line with HR strategy and relevant legislation
*Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding cycle for new starters including probation period review
*Ensure HR processes and templates are correct and up to date
