Financial Analyst

For this role, you will be working closely with the maintenance team to ensure that costs are managed, invoices are processes, and data is correct. If you have experience in aviation maintenance, logistics, or any form of mobility, then you may be the perfect fit.

 Your Responsibilities

• Approval and coding of maintenance invoices.
• Processing of Warranty and Insurance Claims.
• Identification and documenting cost cutting opportunities.
• Quality checking of Project data completeness.
• Supporting technical teams in evaluation of quotes.
• Invoice dispute clarification.
• Assisting in month end procedures.
• Other tasks as required.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical/ logistics/cost control division.
• Must have a can-do attitude, and is willing to learn.
• High level of presentation and communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with vast ERP systems is desirable.
