Responsibilities
 
Provide high quality customer services to the customers 
Participate in sales activities
Submit orders; follow up with alterations and issue credit notes and direct invoices.
Support the Customer Service team through your relationship with clients and administrative tasks
Provide reports and statistics
Liaise with other departments on daily basis depending on situations; logistics, accounts, sales
Monitor delivery problems.

Experience in Customer Service roles ideally in a B2B environment
Fluent English and German
