Ich arbeite mit einem internationalen Marktrecherche Unternehmen in der Automobilbranche, welches für sein Büro in Schwalbach am Taunus in Teilzeit (30 Stunden) einen Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) sucht. 

Die Stelle bietet ein breit gefächertes Aufgabengebiet. Du arbeitest als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung und unterstützt die Sales und HR Prozesse in Deutschland. Zudem kümmerst du dich um Office Management Angelegenheiten und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen.

Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) HR & Sales Support

Teilzeit (30 Stunden) unbefristet

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Payroll und allgemeine HR Administration für das deutsche Team in Kooperation mit dem Head Office in London
  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung: Organisation von Meetings und Reisen und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Power Point Präsentationen
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Sales Prozessse, inclusive Sales Analytics und Reporting
  • Office Management (Bestellung von Büromaterialien etc.)
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung/Weiterleitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung

Dein Profil:

  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast mind. 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast Organisationsgeschick und bringst Eigeninitiative mit.
  • Du arbeitest gut mit internationalen Teams und kannst offen kommunizieren.
