Die Position

  • Sie führen selbständig ein Anwaltssekretariat im Bereich Prozessführung mit diesen Aufgaben:
  • Korrespondenz auf Deutsch, eigenständig und nach Diktat
  • Betreuung der Mandanten
  • Fristenberechnung und –kontrolle, sowie Aktenverwaltung
  • Anfertigung und Bearbeitung von Schriftsätzen
  • Kostenfestsetzung und Abrechnung nach RVG
  • Weitere administrative Tätigkeiten

 

Diese Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w)
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einer Kanzlei wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
