Business Development Manager- Software Solutions

My client is global provider of recruitment software solutions for companies mainly in the finance- and IT sector. To strengthen their team in Frankfurt they are seeking a new Business Development Manager with the focus on the DACH region. This is a permanent, full-time role to be filled ideally as soon as possible.


Business Development Manager – Software Solutions (70-80,000€ OTE)
Frankfurt am Main
 

 

Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager it will be your responsibility to expand the client base in Germany and the DACH region. Besides this your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Acquiring new clients and establish relationships within this market
  • Account Management to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Ongoing prospecting to obtain client meetings gained through cold calling and setting up of business meetings
  • Management of the contract and approval process on new business
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience of B2B solution/consultative selling in the recruitment/ ERP software/ CRM software fields
  • Experience of new client acquisition and account management
  • Experience in recruitment or usage of recruitment tools would be of an of advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent German and English is essential
