My client, an Investment specialist is currently seeking an Assistant for their Digital Team. This is a brand new position in an international, dynamic, fast-moving and exciting department!
As part of the team of 10 your job will be to support the team with the following tasks:
• Coordination of meetings external and internal
• Preparation of presentations
• Correspondence in German and English
• Creating reports
• Event Organisation
• Budget management
• Contribution to project work
You should be creative and passionate about what you do and ideally have at least 2 years experience from a Digital Media Agency or similar. Other requirements include:
• Fluent German and English
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Dynamic Personality
• Team Player
• Pro-active approach
