My client is a quick-growing, international marketing agency who is looking for motivated and ambitious team members to join them! This is your chance to join a small team and help to create a large success, within an international company.

Account Manager

               Your Responsibilities

  • Manage current client accounts
  • Upsell products to current accounts and manage renewals
  • Respond to client calls, requests, and correspondence
  • Communicate between internal departments to resolve and expedite any matters with your accounts
  • Manage back-office aspects of project implementation, including project briefs, client data collection, manage Salesforce setup and data input, QA validation
  • Work internally to obtain and optimize design, copy and all other deliverables
  • Support the Account Management team with the delivery of digital projects
  • Generate reports and analyze patterns found
  • Provide support to the client service team with tear page requests, reports for projects, client mailings, ITG account updates and coding, client reference file updates, other special projects as necessary  
  • Run, print and distribute daily reports  
  • Coordinate daily receipt of publisher billing – submit to Toronto weekly  
  • Schedule consult calls with clients

 

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of consultative inside sales experience
  • Sales experience in marketing products, especially SEO/SEM, social media, and analytical solutions
  • Knowledge of paid search services and digital strategy products
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process oriented and organized
  • Self motivated and team oriented
  • Presentation skills and the ability to react, consult, when speaking with clients
  • Experience with a CRM tool such as Hubspot or Salesforce
