Sie sind ausgebildete/r Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in, Kauffrau/-mann für Bürokommunikation o.ä. und behalten immer und überall den organisatorischen Überblick? IHRE AUFGABEN:

Sie sind sprichwörtlich die Organisation des Unternehmens und sorgen dafür, dass alle Vorgänge reibungslos ablaufen. Detaillierter beinhalten Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Terminmanagement und –koordination unter Berücksichtigung aller Fristen
  • Bearbeitung diversiver Schriftsätze in akkuratem und professionellem Deutsch und Englisch
  • Vorbereitung von Besprechungs- und Vortragsmaterialien
  • Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung monatlicher Abrechnungen für Beratungsdienstleistungen
  • Kontrolle und Führung der elektronischen Mandatsakten

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN:

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur FremdsprachenkorrespondentIn/  -sekretärIn, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation oder vergleichbar.
  • Sie sind in der Lage die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen wie schriftlich höchst professionell und stilsicher anzuwenden.
  • Mit Kompetenz und Weitsichtigkeit meistern Sie jede organisatorische Herausforderung.
  • Sie arbeiten routiniert mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Auch angespanntere Situationen meistern Sie souverän und lassen sich nicht aus dem Konzept bringen.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig und doch unternehmerisch sowie teamorientiert.
