Der Job:

  • Führen des Sekretariats
  • Schriftverkehr, Power Point Präsentationen
  • Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch 
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen mit Mandanten
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Termine und Fristen
  • Verwaltung der Akten
  • Kostenrechnung


Die Anforderungen:

  • Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in oder ähnliche Ausbildung und Erfahrung
  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Leistungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
  • Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
  • MS-Office-Paket
  • Gute Ausdrucksform
