Enterprise Sales Manager

Our client is an international leading provider of a Media Management software. Enterprise Marketing-, PR- and Communication teams from all types of industries rely on their software. Due to growth within the company they are now expanding and recruiting for an Enterprise Sales Manager to work towards the DACH region. The role is based in Frankfurt am Main and reports to the Head of Sales Germany.

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Enterprise Sales Manager, you will thrive on developing new business and have the ability and patience to work to both short and long sales cycles.

You will be a hands on new business hunter who likes to roll your sleeves up and open doors with your clients. Senior Marketing and Senior Stakeholders within large Enterprises make the decisions in this case and you must be comfortable selling at that level.

You will be tasked with the following

  • Build a territory plan and work consistently to target
  • You will be responsible for generating and closing new business
  • Consultative sales towards your clients by selling a solution consisting of both the product and the service
  • Work closely together with your colleagues from all departments when putting together the best solution for the client based on its needs
  • Build relationships within your clients in order to penetrate further within the organisation
  • Work with business leaders on forecasting and ensure sales reporting is up to date

 

Your profile

As the new Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a target driven and proactive sales person who has a previous track record in a high target driven environment.

You have the following key skills

  • The ability to pick up the phone and open doors
  • Previous experience selling within large enterprises, this is a senior level role
  • Experience selling Software as a Service and technology is an advantage
  • You will be selling to Marketing and C-Level Stakeholders so essential is the ability to speak their language
  • Experience and/ or knowledge in media, PR or communication is of advantage
  • Fluency in both German & English is a must, German needs to be business fluent as you will be selling in German.
  • You are someone who is looking for a next step that is going to be long term.
  • You have previous worked to targets and have a proven track record of sales achievement
