HR Business Partner

My Client, a leading financial company is currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner with fluent German and English for their office in the Taunus Region, 25 min commute from Frankfurt City Centre. A hands-on, operational role helping create, develop and maintain HR practice, philosophy and procedures.

 

Junior HR Business Partner (German and English) (m/f/d)

Taunus Region / near Frankfurt am Main

 

 

Your role as an HR Business Partner:

 

  • deliver HR support to managers and employees in the assigned business areas
  • coach and support middle management in their people management skills and personal development
  • ensure effective talent and succession planning processes, including development plans are in place, targeting high potential employees
  • drive the employee engagement agenda considering employee engagement results
  • manage employee relations issues
  • Contribute to change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR legal, implement employment law: advise, guide and support line managers and employees
  • Contribute to salary and bonus review
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating reports
  • Contribute to HR projects
  • Deliver a consistent and high quality HR transactional service.

 

 

Your profile:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration / other HR related Qualification in Germany
  • Initial practical experience in personnel management
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Sound knowledge of German Labour Law
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, client orientation
  • Integrity, confidentiality, flexibility and resilience
  • Strong initiative and a high level of common sense are required to be successful
  • Commitment to high standards of excellence, demonstrates drive to succeed in a changing environment
  • Can-do attitude, working on own initiative
  • Collegiate, ability to work well with colleagues across the range of HR functions, sharing ideas and building on best practice
  • Strong prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
