Customer Service English+

My client is currently looking for an English + German, Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and/or French  speaking Customer Service Representative to join their multi lingual team based in the Frankfurt area. Customer Service Representative
Frankfurt, Full-time (regular hours), Permanent contract

The Role:

As part of a team of 10 multi lingual Associates, your role will be to receive calls from international clients based in the U.S and throughout Europe. Your main languages used will be one or more of the following: German, Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and/or French plus fluent English. You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls regarding the customer accounts and answering various questions about the product.

The Requirements:

My client is looking for a candidate who has experience with a call or service centre and familiar with receiving incoming calls. You should be familiar with call monitoring and working towards KPI’s.
Other requirements include:

  • Fluent German, Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and/or French
  • Fluent English C1+
  • At least 2 years in a contact centre/service centre/call centre environment
  • Experience from the finance industry is desired but not a must, as training will be received
