Salesforce Operations Manager

Our client, a well reputed international organisation, is looking for a Salesforce CRM Operations Manager. Candidates must have an excellent level of English. French is a plus but not required.

The role is based in Fontainebleau. Candidates must live close by or be willing to relocate.

Within the marketing team, you will specialise in Salesforce projects. You will work in a consultative manner with the different departments of the business, to understand their needs and then formulate those needs into Salesforce workflows and processes. You will become an expert in day-to-day CRM operations and be a bridge between business needs and systems as well as supporting on change management. You will be also responsible for managing CRM related projects, such as the integration of an e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership team for CRM - salesforce platform roadmap for continuous improvement, adoption, and utilization.
  • Work together with key stakeholders to understand pain points and define quick wins, TO-BE business processes and work towards implementing, training and adoption of the process;
  • Manage and understand Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and how salesforce is connected with the internal eco-system such as marketing automation, ERP, website etc;
  • Manage operational activities within salesforce platform for managing business processes – master data set-up, enablement step for e-commerce (experience cloud) and other salesforce set-up;
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of salesforce related initiatives;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, who own the system, to implement new enhancements, rollouts;
  • Work on CRM implementation projects with IT / External Implementation Partner / Data Team and be key driver for business contact for driving change and deliverables.

Profile required:

  • Experience in a marketing operations role, using Salesforce CRM , digital marketing and marketing automation systems (knowledge of Salesforce is mandatory)
  • Agile to learn and manage priorities of daily operations and work with different stakeholders/team
  • Innovative with a can-do attitude to work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English required
  • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
