Key Account Manager

Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS organisation, is seeking a Bilingual Key Account Manager (English & French) to join their team in Montpellier, France.  You will on board and manage a portfolio of large and premium accounts (Enterprise customers) and smaller accounts with big upsell potential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand perfectly the SAAS cloud-based technology product
  • Pitch to and negotiate with C-Level executives in an international context - US and Europe
  • Develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying and closing upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers
  • Organize recurring follow-up meetings to share ROI metrics and good practices
  • Have a trusted advisor/consultant approach with customers
  • Establish credibility quickly with senior-level executives across organizations
  • Suggest new ideas to improve their product, based on customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Account Exec or Account Manager, working in a fast-paced SaaS/applications software environment
  • You are a fluent English and French speaker
  • You will have consistently hit targets in your previous roles and will be able to show evidence of this
  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • You believe in providing value to your clients
  • You have the ability to thrive in a start-up environment

Salary:  30K€ basic, 60-65K OTE (commission uncapped) + health insurance, corporate concierge, flexible hours, remote work, winter/spring retreats.
