Our client, an international organisation with H/Q in Monaco is looking for a Bilingual English / French HR Manager. 

This is an office based role, 5 days per week in Monaco

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting recruitment activities and candidate selection at Group level;

• Ensuring that hiring, disciplinary and termination procedures are aligned with local legislation requirements;

• Issuing and reviewing employment contracts;

• Knowledge of Monegasque Employment Law would be a strong asset;

• Responsible for implementation of an HRIS at Group level; identifying potential problems and working on solutions with support team to improve processes where required;

• Overseeing benefits structure and contributing to reward management;

• Communicating with Employees’ Delegates (take minutes in meetings and organise elections);

• Analyzing current internal procedures and advising on software development solutions for Talent and Performance management (KPI’s, appraisal reports), recruitment and onboarding procedures, promotion and separation procedures, training, succession planning;

• Ensuring policy compliance at Group level;

• Participating in training and talent development

PROFILE REQUIRED

• 3-5 years of HR experience in an international context

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

Salary: 53K€ - 58K€
