Team Leader Customer Support - German/English Speaker

Our client is a leading international data centre company looking for a German and English speaker team leader experienced located in London to join their multilingual team.

What is the role about?

Lead, supporting and managing the small shift team ensuring that their systems and structures are in service and working order all the times.
Coach team members and new joiners.
Following the correct procedures and giving a good example to your team.
Develop team's strengths, identify goals and organize the team.
Identify areas of improvement and growth, concerns and new challenges.
You will have the opportunity to work with people from different business areas and encourage you to be yourself.

*This role includes flexible working hours in the evenings and at weekends (24/7)*

What does it take?

Fluency in German and English with great communication skills
Experience B2B helpdesk ideally experiences in the IT/Telecoms industry.
Customer orientation.
IT skills: CRM systems and basic knowledge of ITIL methodology
Willingness to work in the evening and at weekends (4 days on 4 days off 12 hours including days and nights)
Teamwork, quick learning, initiative
Energetic and exceptional communications skills
Good listener.
