A growing online travel platform company is now looking for Dutch speakers to join them in their London and Ipswich teams. Previous experience in customer service is a huge advantage. However if you haven't had a chance to gain much experience but you have the right can-do attitude and want to learn a lot, the company is offering an intensive 4-weeks training for new-joiners. With the tools provided and your customer-centric approach, you can start and build your career in travel and customer support!
So what can you expect in this position? You'll be:
*providing customer support in Dutch and English
*helping clients with phone and email queries regarding their travel bookings
*looking for the best solution to customers' questions with your team
*processing bookings in the internal system
*on top of all admin tasks connected to booking and reservations
