Working on a hybrid basis (their office is in Shoreditch), your duties will include customer support to their clients and finding solutions to their queries, as well as assisting with any issues they may be having.
Fluent Spanish to a business level is essential for this role and an interest in great customer service is a must! Experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
