I am currently recruiting for an innovative and fast-growing software company!
*Understanding the platform and speaking to customers about the company
*Troubleshooting customers issues
*Being patience and emphatic to customers
*Meeting the KPIs and company's expectations
*Fluent in Spanish and English
*Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
*Highly competent in numeracy
*Organized and methodical
*Ability to troubleshoot independently.
*Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience using cloud-based platforms.
Beneficial to have:
*Experience training and meeting customers via video call and F2F
*Invoicing knowledge procedure
*Understanding of accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks
*Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
*Training's to develop your skills
*Annual Holidays - 28 days (including bank holidays)
*Bike to work scheme
*Monday to Friday role, enjoy your weekend!
