* Handle inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding financial products, services, and policies.
* Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction processing, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to deliver top-notch service and accurate information to customers.

* Native to fluent level in German
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
* Familiarity with financial products, services, and industry regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
