German speaking Customer Service

We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service role on behalf of a client in the travel industry.
The role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the office in Southampton. The salary is £26,000. The ideal candidate must be a fluent German speaker, able to demonstrate a passion for travel, and have experience working in an office based customer service environment.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Acting as a main point of contact for German and English speaking Customers
* Providing quality assurance on customer service and experience
* Working closely with the team to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for:
* Native fluency of German
* Demonstrable passion for travel and tourism
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
