Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to the services by phone, email or live chat; general admin; liaising with transport partners, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level and some experience in a similar role is essential, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
