So what's the job?
The position is essentially customer service. You will primarily be the first point of contact for German, Dutch, French or Polish speaking customers. There will also be an element of translation involved in the job, as well as data entry and internal collaboration with other teams within the company.
- Fluency in German, Dutch, French or Polish
- Fluent English
- Previous office based customer service experience an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
