Your duties will include B2B customer support to their clients and finding solutions to their queries, as well as assisting with any issues, onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships.
Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential! Experience in a similar role is needed, along with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
