We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of makeup and beauty products, based in East London, who are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to work on a hybrid basis, going into the office only twice per week.

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; general admin; deliveries and returns; liaising with couriers, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role, as well as some experience in a similar role. Great interpersonal skills are required and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
