Are you fluent in German AND another European language (either French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish)?

I am recruiting for a German and other European language customer service role. This is a full-time permanent role, on a hybrid basis with a mix of home based and office based role in Sunbury-on-Thames and pays £26,000 plus a 10% bonus.

You will be working within customer service and the company offers great benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Providing technical support
- Clearly communicating with customers via email or phone and dealing with queries and complains
- Dealing with purchasing and assisting customers with orders

Requirements:

- Fluent in German AND other European language (French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese) essential
- Previous experience within administrative and/or customer service
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
