Key responsibilities:
*Answering customer queries through different channels in French
*Effectively communicate in English to other teams

*Helping to make recommendations on customers dog's diet.

*Fluent English and native/near-native level of French
*Qualified vet nurse or Auxiliaire Specialise Veterinaire or a degree in Animal Science, Zoology, Applied Biology or similar
