French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Job adverts come and go, but genuinely excellent opportunities are hard to come by.

Every now and then, I receive an email from my client to say that they have a requirement and I know immediately I have a difficult job to do. The candidate that they want needs to be personable, experienced and professional, however I know that whatever candidate I place in the job will have an excellent career ahead of them. This is a company that invests in their employees and where you are not just a number. This is a job in which no day is the same and you are given excellent training and opportunity for progression. This opportunity isn't just your next job to make ends meat, this is an opportunity that you can invest yourself into and reap the rewards of your hard work.

But getting the job isn't going to be easy.

So what do we need?

Fluent French is essential
Office based customer service experience is also essential, preferably in a b2b environment
Excellent communication skills
A motivated, can-do attitude
Ability to work within a team

So do you think you've got what it take? This is not a typical call center position you often find for language speakers. This is a truly excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and fast growing company that can accelerate your career to where you want it to be.

If interested, please apply with your CV, email t.chau@eurolondon.com or call on 0207 029 3751.
