We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of authentic, ethnic foods and ingredients, based in North London, who are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Services Executive to work on a hybrid basis, going into the office only twice per week.
Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; general admin; deliveries and returns; liaising with couriers, amongst other things.
Fluent Dutch to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
