Our client, a leading multinational in the tech industry with headquarter in Central London is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive with fluent Italian to be a part of their growing team!!

RESPONSABILITIES

*First point of contact for Italian-speaking and international clients and owner of responsibilities for multiple client projects success
*Providing exceptional/effective customer service.
*Resolving clients' queries via call, email, and social media of the product information.
*Keep updated about new product information.
*Develop a trusting relationship with clients.
*Ensure communication with customers and suppliers in a professional standard and match the expectations.
*Ability to work one Saturday or Sunday per month (this is paid extra)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS

*Must be fluent in English and Italian, written and oral
*Passionate about customer success.
*Experience minimum 2 years in business to business (B2B)
*Solid presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience providing customer service in the tech industry.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-related technologies
*Flexible for working one Saturday or Sunday per month.
*WebEx and Salesforce experience is desirable
*Bachelor degree is preferable
