I'm personally pleased to say over the last years I've been working closely with an international financial loan company based in Central London.
They're an established company and have been in the financial industry over the last decades and even reconsigned in different territories.
My client provides to clients and start-up companies loans with a financial plan. They're a well known company and have office's across the world.

They are currently expanding their international Support/Consultant team.

I am recruiting at the moment for a Customer Service Advisor with fluent to native level Tagalog, to work in their lovely and friendly team.
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be focusing on best advising the client with any questions they may have in regards to the services the company provide.

Your daily responsibilities would look like this:
You working with a high end Service and communicating with customer over various channels such as;
- Phone,
- E-mails
- Different social media platforms.
You will be responsible for large accounts focusing on the Philippines market and it's so important that you will update the customers and continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience, delivering and assisting fantastic service.
