I am looking for a trilingual individual who is outgoing and has excellent customer support experience to join a vibrant and very social team as a Technical Customer Support Representative. You will be supporting the company's own products (hardware and software), so a keen interest in technology and an ability to learn quickly is all you need! What you will be doing:
-Helping customers solve technical issues within a timely manner.
-Using the Call Management System to record all reported issues.
-Exceeding your targets in agreed KPIs.
-Making decisions about which issues should be escalated.
-Solving issues which do not require escalation.
-Translating documentation for customers when required.
-Contribute to the fun team environment.
What you need:
-Fluency in English and French/German and one other language is a must!
-Helpdesk or technical support experience is desirable
-Excellent organisational and communication skills.
-Knowledge of computer configurations would be a great advantage.
