Customer Service Advisor (Dutch & English speaking)

On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic (ongoing temp) opportunity for a Dutch speaker to join a well known company based in Middlesex (Sunbury upon Thames).
The position offers you a variety of tasks, responsibility and the possibility to use your great language skills on a daily basis. In addition, there is the possibility to receive a permanent contract with our client.
Our client is looking for candidates who are fluent in Dutch and English, available immediately and a great team player.
*Fluent to native level in Dutch (verbal & written)
*Fluent English knowledge
*Previous experience in Customer Service or a customer focused role is an advantage
*IT knowledge is an advantage
*Great team skills
*Communicate with customers via email, telephone
*Log inquiries in their Helpdesk system
*Coordinate and report customer feedback
Please note, this is not a sales role, all calls will be inbound calls.
You are expected to work 7.5h per day, 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis (shifts between 6 am and 11 pm).
