Customer Success Specialist - Enterprise Clients

The Job

The Customer Success Specialist will drive renewals with existing clients by ensuring training and best practice customer service for clients.

You will work closely with Enterprise Accounts and ensure 100% client satisfaction with the service provided.

 

The Client base is broad including those coming from Consulting and Financial Services. These are large Enterprise Accounts so you will play a key part in the retention and development of these accounts.

 

You:

You speak fluent English and German, your client base is in the DACH region so you must be able to communicate effectively in German with clients. English is required for internal communication.

 

You love challenges and solving problems and can think on your feet in order to find solutions for your clients.

 

You have at several years Customer Success experience and are comfortable working at enterprise level with large accounts.

 

You are coming from a Technology company and have experience with a wide variety of clients in large enterprises.

 

You really want to join a growing, well run and highly funded organisation with really ambitious plans for 2023.
