My client, a leading international law firm with global office locations is currently looking for an Assistant for their office in Berlin! If you have a native level of German and fluent English and are looking to take the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect position for you.

International Law firm looking for native level German speaker for their Berlin Office!

The role:

In this role your tasks promised to be varied and you will have the opportunity to work independently and proactively. Your daily tasks will involve but not be limited to the following:

·        Emails & correspondence in German & English

·        Filing

·        Diary Managing

·        Meeting Management

·        Typing of documents

·        Travel Planning & expenses

·        Client contact list management

·        Invoicing & Billing

The Requirements:

My client is looking for a candidate who has gained ideally first experience as a Secretary/Assistant within an international environment. Discretion and loyalty are other traits my client values greatly. Other requirements include:

·        Native level German skills           

·        Fluent English skills

·        First class MS Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint

·        Professional demeanour

·        Excellent Organisational skills
