Inside Sales Manager - Team Lead

Our client is an international software company providing digital consumer research and a social media management platform to businesses and agencies. Due to the further growth in the DACH region, they are now recruiting an Inside Sales Manager to manage the inside sales (SDR) team based in Berlin.  If you are a successful sales person looking for a next team management role, this could be the position for you! Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH – SaaS

Permanent Position / Berlin / Hybrid


Your new duties and responsibilities

Our client is searching for an experienced sales person and team leader to head up their DACH Inside Sales team in Berlin. The team consist of ca.15 Sales Development Representatives, who generate and qualify new leads and sell over the phone. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales, Central Europe.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day activities of the team
  • Development of the team (hiring, motivation, coaching and advancing of the team)
  • Delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Sales forecasting and target setting
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting of practical KPIs and financial performance and monitoring sales measures and targets
  • Assist the team and train them to master skills such as cold-calling and objection handling
  • Improve processes within the team in order to increase productivity 



Your profile

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience and a proven track record in a B2B sales role
  • Ideally have experience within telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation or telemarketing
  • First experience in a team lead or supervisor role
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ideally good knowledge and interest in software and/ or social media marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English
