Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

I am working with a software company that is looking for an organised and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join their head office in Berlin.

 

It is a fantastic opportunity to work in an autonomous and hands-on role in an expanding company, with a highly dedicated team, and an emphasis on work-life balance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes and related admin
  • Ensuring a high level of candidate experience
  • Reviewing applications and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Active sourcing
  • Being involved with a broad range of other recruitment activities, e.g. ordering merch, initiating networking events, or creating recruitment content for LinkedIn and the website
  • Working from the office in Berlin 3-4 days a week

Your profile:

  • At least 1 year's experience in recruitment
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with international teams
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent written and spoken English , German is a plus

Your territory will be based in the North-East of Germany (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern & north Brandenburg). It will be your responsibility to provide a high level of service to customers within your region.
