***All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK*** Responsibilities: *Meet and exceed targets and KPIs as set by your line manager *Manage the retention of existing customers and upsell products as appropriate *Making a minimum of 10 calls per day; following up on all enquiries; inbound, email and web *Generates new leads through cold calling and contacting leads from events as well as a database of contacts provided *Building strong customer rapport through a high quality of written and oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge *Completing all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems *Building strong relationships with team members and providing flexible pipeline support *Effectively managing your lead pipeline in accordance to quality procedures; meeting KPIs *Build on customer relationships and create referrals from existing customers base *Win and recapture customers lost from the CRM database *Deliver sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually to demonstrate how company's products can effectively improve student levels of attainment *Keep up-to-date with developments within the K-12 sector that directly relate to company's products and their position within the sector *Provide quotations and complete admin tasks related to the sale *Occasional attendance at exhibitions and conferences *Other duties may be assigned Requirements: *Minimum of 2 years experience working in a B2B sales environment *Experience of outbound calling and consultative selling *Excellent interpersonal, communication skills *Excellent time management and organisation skills *Competent computer skills / knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint *International market knowledge *Fluent in English and Mandarin oral and written
