Dutch, German & French speaking Clients Relations Associate

We are currently looking for a Dutch, German OR French speaking Client and Consultant Relations Associate for our client who is an investment management company located in Mayfair. About the role

- working closely with colleagues across the company to support client and consultant service
- servicing existing relationships with institutional clients and investment consultants
- providing critical support to ongoing business development efforts
- being the first point of contact for all clients' and consultants' inquiries and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- providing excellent product support and ensure strong client relationships
- working on presentations for meetings and reports
- coordination of legal, portfolio management and operational items with the relevant internal departments
- maintaining client files and the CRM system
- interacting extensively with the senior investment professionals and members of the Business Development and Consultant Relations teams around the globe

Ideal candidate
- strong understanding of the investment management in the UK
- interest in the financial industry and understanding of investment management
- prior work experience within an institutional client relations and/or client servicing team within asset management
- detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
- take the ownership for the servicing of client and consultant relationships
- an ambitious team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- professional, flexible, motivated and a dynamic self-starter
- strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- supportive and persuasive telephone manner with clients

While doing my BA & MA in Speech & Language Pathology and my MSc in Psychology, I got a very good understanding of languages, human behaviour and communication in general.   • Key Responsibilities: * Managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown to include oversight of the underwriting and due diligence processes. * Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyze the creditworthiness * Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee * Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process * Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria * Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations * Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk, and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors, and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process * Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the BRIDGING AND / OR DEVELOPMENT FINANCE sector and will previously have held an UNDERWRITING MANDATE. Key Requirements: * Minimum of three years bridging underwriting experience * Excellent analytical skills. * Ability to structure transactions based upon the market sector, asset, and security. * Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Creative thinker and willing to work in an agile growing company
