The Challenge

As the new Account Manager you will work closely together with and support the Sales Managers and Sales Directors. It will be your responsibility to help maintain, grow and identify new sales opportunities within your assigned accounts throughout the German speaking region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop an understanding of the organizations software solutions and their functionality within the client
  • Research key accounts to assess and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Identify needs within the account, compile quotes, close sales with existing clients as well as manging the invoice and billing process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Build a portfolio of satisfied clients
  • Give presentations and/ or training sessions for new clients both face to face and via webex
  • Regularly visit clients

The Right Candidate

You will have previously

  • Gained first experience within account management, sales support, customer service and/ or client relationship management
  • Ideally have a solid understanding of web based technologies

  • An interest in Financial Services and Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

4. Assurer l'organisation de la réception des documents et des informations nécessaires suite aux demandes des départements à l'étranger concernant des sinistres survenus en France.

6. Prépare des informations et de la documentation nécessaire concernant les dossiers sinistres.

7. Prépare des rapports liés à l'activité en France.

My client is a multinational rubber tire development and manufacturing company who have their products in more than 100 countries around the world. They have been extremely successful in the European market and are now looking to move their European base to Frankfurt. As such, they are looking for 2 Customer Service candidates to assist them in handling queries from customers and be a part of their operations team. Your responsibilities:

This role is a role that will give you a lot of insight into the sales and operations side of the company and is therefore a stepping stone to becoming a Sales Manager. You will work very closely with your European counterparts as well as international counterparts. Besides this, you will be doing the following:

  • Supporting wholesalers especially in Europe but also on an international level by answering their queries regarding logistics and shipping
  • Coordinating closely between the operations and sales teams in Europe
  • Managing accounts across Europe (80%) and Asia (20%) and providing excellent customer service

 

Your qualities:

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following qualities with you:

  • Experience in customer service roles preferably in the automotive business but this is not a must
  • FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH IS A MUST
  • Experience of using SAP or a ERP software would be advantage but is not a must as you will get training on this
  • Good attention to detail and an organized way of working
  • Ability to talk to clients on a professional level and solve problems on your feet
