Sales Support Coordinator

Sales Support Coordinator

I am currently on the lookout for a Sales Support Coordinator for a cool sports and leisure company. This company is a small company that has a lot of international trade and hence they are looking for someone to help them coordinate sales processes and ensure that they run smoothly.

Your role will include the following tasks:

  • Day-to-day management of their internal sales management system
  • Supporting 3 sales managers in terms or organization and coordination for example quoatations and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Market Research to assist with new business opportunities
  • Assists in creating sales presentations and pitches
  • Occasional client visits and client contact

Basically this role will offer you a stepping stone into a regional sales role. Throughout your time here, you will gradually be given more and more client contact and after a year or two, you can expect to have a significantly bigger role in the company.

 

To qualify, you have to bring the following with you:

  • Business level German and fluent English as you will be working with international partners
  • Some experience in a sales or sales support or administrative/organizational role (at least one year)
  • You enjoy being organized and you also enjoy client contact
