To strengthen their team in Germany they are seeking a new Business Development Manager with the focus on the DACH and CIS region Business Development Manager – DACH and CIS Real Estate The Challenge This position will be an integral part of the growth plans for the EMEA region and is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation. As the new Business Development Manager it will be your responsibility to expand the market share throughout the DACH and CIS region within the Real Estate sector. As a Consultative Sales driven individual you will: Both initiate and close Sales of subscription services Developing business through regular meetings with clients throughout the region Facilitate round table debates and conferences between organisation and senior business executives in order to build network and pipeline. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders within potential new business Work closely with MD to create and execute strategies to sell subscription products Management of the contract and approval process on new business Build a portfolio of satisfied clients and further develop the existing client base Follow up on marketing campaigns The Right Candidate You will have a proven track record in Business Development with a strong Consultative sales approach Experience of selling at a senior level and mapping business requirements across an organization Ability to successfully turn cold called prospects into solid business contacts, however quality Consultative calls are the key to success. I am looking for a highly organized and capable Customer Relationship Specialist. This company is a global player in the provision of Economic Research and Research Consultancy services. German and English knowledge is essential and eastern European languages are also interesting for this role. Responsibilities include answering any client questions and liaising with relevant business development teams would also be a part of the role. You will provide back office support for both new and existing clients. Your core responsibility is to provide excellent client service including onboarding and training of new clients. Requirements include excellent communication, presentation and administration skills. Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience in a client services role. International Market Leader specialising in LIMS Technology is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Germany. Your role will encompass liaising with clients to understand user business processes, scoping their projects and gather their functional requirements needed to configure and customize their new LIMS tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day project communication with clients and project team members, develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and manage project-related expectations Gather, develop and document functional requirements for customer projects Interface with configuration designers and programmers to ensure customer functional requirements are clearly communicated. Liaise with Project team to ensure timeline expectations and deliverables are clear Manage project team on each project You will have the ability to multi task as you will be managing a number of projects at any given time. Your Background Experience in managing projects and the ability to run multiple projects at any given time Understanding of LIMS technology Fluent German and English language skills is essential, you will be working with German speaking customers and effective communication is essential Knowledge of Microsoft Project. Project Management experience A scientific background is desirable. Full work permission for Germany is required. This role is remote in Germany so you can work from your home office with occasional travel to visit your clients. You must be located in Germany. Your clients are mainly in the financial services, corporate or legal arena This is a great role for a candidate who has recently graduated from university ideally with a business focused degree and has some client services experience. An interest in Technology and how it will shape the future of financial transactions is important. The Role: After a period of training on the technology and how to support clients using it your role will involve onboarding of clients and manging relationships. You will be the key go to person for new clients when they have any issues using the system. You will be supporting German clients so fluency in German is essential. English is also required. You will follow up with clients and ensure they are happy and feel supported. You: You have recently completed your studies and have had some client focused experience.
