Our client, a renowned consultancy partnering with a major CRM innovator, is currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join them in Brussels to oversee the definition of CRM architecture and solutions across the Francophone regions of Europe and sometimes further afield ( Canada) This is an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Architect from a Consulting, Pre-Sales , Technical agency, CRM specialist background to join a fast-growing team in a hybrid role in Brussels, Belgium. You'll need to understand our client's customers and their CRM requirements, as well as their organisational structure and technology stack/existing CRM. You'll collaborate within a highly collaborative 'pod' including Development, Marketing, Sales and Service Consulting team members to define architecture and scope solutions , producing Statement of work(s) and the required documentation that the team can execute against. As a Subject Matter Expert you'll provide training to clients, onboard them on their new CRM to ensure smooth adoption of the technology. The key responsibility areas are as follows : *Understanding Client Requirements for solutions architecture, including consulting with client's to understand their existing CRM that they're looking to transition to our client's CRM, or their adoption of CRM technology for the first time. You'll conduct workshops, define , strategize and implement data models and flows to and from our client's CRM to meet customer processes and automation needs. *Using your technical knowledge in the CRM sphere you'll communicate proposed solutions to internal developers, producing requirements documentation and performing UAT to ensure the brief has been correctly executed. *You'll be involved in Project Planning ( monitoring of pre-sales) to assist in project scoping, defining project deliverables and outcomes, writing comprehensive user stories. *You'll configure technology solutions carrying out integrations work. This involves being the lead on complex CRM configurations projects and mentoring/coaching junior team members on what to implement and configure. *You'll collaborate closely with your 'pod' (see above) of experts in their respective fields bring with you your specialist systems point of view. *You'll perform technology audits , analysing and providing recommendations on how clients can follow their technology best practice. *You'll monitor requirements for technology feature upgrades and integrations, keeping up to date with any new technology products and changes to existing features. *You would conduct data migration, reviewing and analysing data structures, entities and objects. *You would drive for team certifications and technology training, onboard new staff, mentor and coach more junior team members. Qualifications , skills and experience required *A Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems academic background combined with an early stage career on software engineering before gaining further experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect /Pre-Sales Engineer/Consultant type position. *Extensive experience working with CRM platforms for whole process /full lifecycle CRM requirements gathering , solutions architecting, configuration, implementation, training and adoption. *Strong knowledge of SalesForce, MS Dynamics or HubSpot is preferred. *Extensive ability to read and understand /compile technical documentation ( API documentation, ERD, Functional specifications etc…) *Solid knowledge of Big Data. *Experience with systems integrations , leveraging APIS or custom built systems. *Fluent French and English are essential to the position as it is focused on Francophone clients with documentation and internal communications frequently in English. *Exceptional communications skills and excellent writing skills. Qualifications, skills and experience required *You hold a DUT /BTS Technician type qualification in Electrical Engineering , Electro-technical engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering , Industrial IT or similar. *You've already had at least one medium-long term experience in a customer support oriented position , ideally supporting electrical and Network/Systems related technologies for international clients in English and French. *You're a strong communicator with fluent French and very advanced or fluent English.
