The Role:

  • Monitor regulatory and legal developments including GAP analyses
  • Adaptation of existing and implementation of new processes, guidelines and standards to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, internal and external
  • Development of an effective compliance system including audit planning
  • Participation in the administration of the company and SICAV structures (e.g. board meetings, monthly reporting, etc.)
  • Management and review of contract adjustments, prospectuses and annual reports, as well as LFR in the context of fund reporting
  • Active cooperation within the group of companies with representatives of the Compliance, Risk Management, Auditing and others departments as well as within the company with the Outsourcing Controlling department

Central contact for management, board of directors, supervisory authorities, auditors

  • Internal and cross-company project work
  • Assumption of special functions such as data protection officer and participation in various internal committees

 

The Requirements

  • You have a degree in economics or a comparable education
  • Ideally at least 4 years experience with a fund company or auditing firm and experience in anti-money laundering, compliance and legal
  • Strong knowledge in local Luxembourg regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as experience in dealing with efile and edesk.
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills are required.
